Here's a free online business idea for anyone looking to build (I'm happy to partner on this, I just don't have the time to go all in myself).

This category is huge (was huge for us at Costco and ever-growing). But think about it - if you buy new carpet/hardwood floor, where do you go to get both the product & installation? Boilers/aircon you'd go to Boxt right (and so many haven't heard of it)? What about Windows? What about Tiles? What about Sheds? What about EV chargers? What about Wardrobes? What about Solar Panels? What about [name anything that needs installation]?? I don't just mean - checkatrade. I mean end to end with warranty/service/customer care and trust.
You find one category you're interested in (say EV Chargers) and find a bunch of installers around the country. Find a supplier of the hardware. Now build a site with a QA to filter down the customers requirement & location to a) suggest product and b) automatically route to an installer with the best availability in the region. Then expand.
It's not novel or new. But as far as I'm aware, there isn't something like this with the trust element built in (if there is let me know!). Costco you trust - it's a brand name and the returns policy/customer care is great.
